Garden Day Eggs

We welcome spring this Tuesday with a story about Springtime and then look to all the new things sprouting in the garden and the compost :).



We will also be dyeing eggs with natural dyes. It will be wonderful to share with our kids the colours of the vegies and spices and then the colours of the finished eggs. It's not an exact science so we can experiment and hopefully we'll see some exciting results!!!! Please bring along hard boiled eggs to dye and some tiny leaves and flowers from your home garden, if available, for making some imprints on the eggs. We'll supply the vegies and spices!



For anyone who would like to join, there is an easter egg hunt at Terry's house on Easter Sunday April 12th. We will have a brunch for Easter too so please bring along your favourite easter plate to share. Start time 11am. If you would like to join please let Terry know ASAP so we can plan for little toys inside the eggs for the kids.
