Thanks Penny and Eliana for sending pictures!
Composting is fun! Not only you get rid of your leftovers, you get something in return. After storytelling the kids got into the compost and had fun looking at the critters.
The tickling castle
The critters: sowbug, millipede, springtail, centipede, red earth worm

It is always fun to get a ride in the wheelbarrow.
Tomato harvest.
Singing.
Belgian fries.
Our apple peeler.
Ian cutting bamboo to support the tomato's.
Bas and Ska help carrying the leftovers to the compost.
Eriadna loves chickens and named our hen 'koko' because of her brown feathers. I loved chickens myself as a little girl, and have lots of pictures carrying chickens around in our backyard.

She even rocked the chicken to sleep ... so beautiful!
Enjoy the silence of a plant’s growth,
Nurture the earth and life surrounding us,
Play your hedgehog fantasy,
Sing and we feel connected.
